We are seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships and Alliances, part-time or freelance consultancy possible, with proven experience in developing and managing strategic relationships with international organizations and public institutions.

This position is designed for a senior professional capable of building trusted collaborations and acting as a bridge between the corporate and institutional worlds.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and lead the partnership and institutional engagement strategy, identifying, negotiating, and developing strategic collaborations with international and public organizations, aligned with the company's broader global objectives.
• Represent the organization at high-level forums, summits, and policy discussions, positioning it as a thought leader within the international and public sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute impactful institutional partnerships and initiatives.
• Strengthen the organization's visibility and influence within the broader international cooperation ecosystem.
• Oversee the execution and governance of partnership agreements, ensuring quality, measurable impact, and long-term strategic value.

Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in institutional relations, partnerships, international cooperation, or public affairs within multilateral or public institutional environments.
• Established network within international organizations and key public institutions.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, political, and multi-stakeholder environments with cultural sensitivity.
• Languages: Fluent English required; proficiency in French or Spanish is highly valued in international contexts.
