Your role in our Managed Services division is to act as the interface between developers/customers and production constraints to ensure a stable and reliable platform. You have expertise in container orchestration platforms, automation and architecture, enabling you to deliver high availability infrastructure. You also know how to apply your expertise, and learn new technologies, to help customers meet their specific business.

In the team you will be in charge of:

• Architecture, design, and implementation of solutions for projects (on premises and on cloud)
• Analysis of complex infrastructure issues
• Operations support L3
• Continuous improvement and technology watch

For this vacancy we are seeking a graduate from a university, polytechnic or other specialized college.

Mandatory: You have strong technical background with hands on experience on production systems.

Your expertise covers some or all of the following:

• Hypervisors: VMware or HyperV

• Container platforms: Docker, OpenShift, OKD or Kubernetes - operations and/or engineering

• Unix/Linux operating system

• Networks (basic knowledges about Subnets, Firewall, VPN)

• Relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL/MSSQL/MariaDB)

• Software Defined Infrastructure (Infrastructure As Code)

• Configuration and deployment management tools (Puppet, Chief, Ansible, Terraform)

• Continuous integration tools and processes (TFS, Jenkins, Sonar, GitlabCI)

• Optional: Automated testing tools (Selenium, Fitnesse, Cucumber)

• Optional: Application servers such as TomCat, JBoss, Wildfly

• At least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud etc.)

For Zurich, Bern and Basel you have an excellent command of spoken and written German and English.

For Lausanne and Geneva you have an excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
