Responsible for overseeing the coordination of conferences and events across the entire spectrum, starting from the initial concept and carrying through to the final execution, in order to provide comprehensive support to operations.
Capable of independently orchestrating certain events, collaborating closely with partners from various business lines on a daily basis. Furthermore, actively engaged with fellow team members when dealing with larger-scale events.
Proficient in grasping and implementing intricate internal protocols and controls, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and industry standards.
Skillfully manage an allocated budget, meticulously adhering to stringent financial parameters. Effective negotiation with suppliers is a key facet of this responsibility.
Direct oversight and guidance for both internal and external vendors and suppliers falls within the purview of this position, with a strong emphasis on upholding benchmarks of excellence and value.
Demonstrates the ability to adopt a strategic outlook, while also delivering high-caliber outcomes within tight timeframes. Displays a willingness to dedicate additional time when necessary.
Description du profil
Relevant background in events management, preferrably in the luxury, international or financial services industry. Possesses robust abilities in analysis and project management.
Proficient in delivering concise and comprehensible messages, aiding in responses to senior management.
Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong analytical acumen.
Evinces substantial leadership qualities and characteristics, coupled with abundant energy and a strong moral compass.
Shows a deep regard for diverse viewpoints and approaches, and welcomes responsibility and answerability.
Accomplished in functioning as a valuable team player, with a proven track record of achieving set objectives and providing assistance to fellow team members with their events, as needed.
Language skills, especially proficiency in French and English are a must.
