This position is embedded in the Client Marketing team which is based on 4 pillars: Client Relation, Client Services, Client Insights and Client Marketing Data & Knowledge.

The Client Marketing Data and Knowledge project manager will help the Director to manage team & community. His/her role will be transversal, working very closely with team members of the Client Marketing team but also with team members of other teams such as Digital and technology. He/she will also take part of client data management projects for the Maison. He/she will also work on coordination for special events and realize monthly reports and presentations according to management requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

MISSION 1 - DIRECT SUPPORT OF THE DIRECTOR

- Manage internal and external communications redaction on director behalf (newsletters, posts, pitch decks, speeches, and presentations).

- Support and communicate with the director in decision-making, project management, and initiative implementation.

- Support the director in the annual strategic planning processes (JAV: team building, WWM: worldwide meeting, CMCM: client marketing collaborative meeting) by acting as a project manager and ensuring alignment with the team.

MISSION 2 - TRANSVERSAL PROJECTS MANAGEMENT

FOR EACH TEAMS's PILLAR: CLIENT DATA ANALYSIS, CLIENT DATA PROGRAM, CLIENT DATA OWNERSHIP & PRODUCT INFORMATION

- Participate in occasional missions to support the team in successfully completing projects (tool changes and testing, drafting specific content, review content, etc).

- Provide advisory and support role to the team.

- Act as the team's training referent (support teams in person and digital training, ensure proper follow-up of team training).

- Manage monthly reports and presentation for Client Marketing management and Exco.

- Support the Team on specific projects:

  • Support reporting development,
  • Support data project managers in documentation / set up phase,
  • Collect and consolidate Business requirements from Cartier markets.

MISSION 3 - BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Act as the reference for the CMDK team for the budget:

- Establish the annual budget, reviews and landing in correlation with management.

- Control and monitor monthly team's T&E & Fees.

- Manage and monitor the budget on a daily basis (invoice follow-up, SAP tracking, discussion with teams).

- Manage communication with the accounting department to relay the team's needs and find solutions.

MISSION 4 - MEETINGS & EVENTS ORGANIZATION

- Prepare monthly calls with the markets: assess needs, retro-planning, consolidate presentations, distribute Q&A, post-meeting follow-up.

- Prepare all team meetings with management, managers, other teams: agenda, retro-planning, content, post-meeting follow-up.

- Manage team events planning, organization, budget, booking, presentation, and post-event follow-up.

- Live management of the presentation from a technical point of view (ie. room testing).

MISSION 5 - TEAM COORDINATION

- Ensure quality control of presentations (coherence & clarity of the message, aesthetic of the presentation) and participate in technical support during large-scale presentations.

- Participate in onboarding new hires (IT requests, welcoming, etc.).

- Implement and optimize procedures/tools (onboarding, budget, presentations, etc.) for gain in efficiency and productivity.

JOB PROFILE:

Master's degree in Business Management, Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or related field with a proven 5 years' experience in data management with International exposure, in Marketing, Client or Communication Analytical, organizational and synthesis skills.

Languages: Fluent in both English & French

  • Expertise in Luxury Retail Industry is a plus
  • Solid Powerpoint presentation skills
  • An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Good communication, collaboration, and organizational and synthesis skills
  • Knowledge of "Client" and/or "CRM" strategy and ambition in an international retail environment is a strong asset
