International Transport Coordinator (M/F)LHH

As an International Transport Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing international transportation flows across Europe and beyond. You will ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of goods, working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:

• Coordinate international transport operations from European ports to 20+ countries
• Book and monitor shipments with external partners (forwarders, trucking companies, customs brokers)
• Ensure service excellence: lead time, tracking, damage management
• Collaborate with internal teams: business development, finance, customer service
• Maintain and update transport documentation and ERP systems

Your Profile:

• Master's degree in Logistics, Transport, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 5 years of experience in international transport (road freight preferred)
• Fluent in English and French
• Proficient in ERP systems (M3 is a plus) and Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Service-oriented, autonomous, and collaborative mindset
