As an integral member of the Group Talent team, you will be responsible for global Talent Management for our business support functions (e.g. Finance, Technology, Legal) and will lead projects and programs in line with the Talent and HR strategy across the group. You will report to the Group Talent Director and collaborate closely with the Group Talent team, the global Talent community, L&D and the HQ HR team.

Your key accountabilities will include 2 main areas:

  • Build and proactively manage diverse talent pools for our business support functions and key roles in collaboration with Central Function, Maisons and Regions
  • Act as the main Group Talent point of contact for our business support functions on global talent topics according to their different needs (e.g. talent reviews, assessments, career development)
  • Facilitate process and communication on talent exchange and internal talent assessment and development
  • Work in close collaboration with HR HQ team according to the needs of business support functions

  • Create and lead Talent initiatives and programs in line with Group Talent Management strategy and business needs (e.g. competencies, internal mobility, talent assessments)
  • Use talent data and workforce analytics as base for Talent decisions
  • Work closely with Group Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team to design seamless employee journey
  • Provide intelligence, insights and best practices in the talent area from the outside word
  • Contribute to the overall progress of the Talent function with an inclusive, proactive and collaborative approach


You have 10-12 years of HR experiences, ideally in two of the following practices: Talent Management, Assessment & Recruitment, HR Business Partnering, Talent Development.

You act like an expert in talent assessment and development, succession planning, competency mapping.

You are an experienced and highly professional individual with the below skills:

  • Digital savvy to leverage technology to increase the impact of the Talent function
  • Strong interpersonal skills, relationship building
  • Commitment to operational excellence and strategic thinking
  • Results oriented and flexible
  • Ability to work in matrix structure with multiple stakeholders
  • Open, creative, positive
  • Global mindset and experience
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
