Job description

Technology & Operations (T&O) design and integrate software applications ranging from portfolio management systems, trading platforms, banking solutions and HR tools. The team is responsible for some of the Group's key innovations while sustaining business operations and developing custodian and funds administration services. As a Graduate - Relationship Manager Tech&Ops you will discover the overall business relationship with one or more of our business lines, from both an operational and IT point of view. You will build trusted relationships with our business partners (our business lines) by granting them a simplified and privileged entry point in the T&O Division. You will handle complex issues that arise with the business lines and assist with future strategic developments of the business lines, providing them with thought leadership, covering both operations and technology. As both a strategic and operational partner of the COOs and other operational and senior IT managers in the business lines, you will focus on enabling their business initiatives within Tech&Ops and ensure that the highest standards are met at all times.
With your strong empathy, drive and problem-solving skills, you will be recognised as the facilitator and key business partner of your business line for any technology and operational needs.

Profile description

  • Master's degree in Banking/Finance, or equivalent.
  • Interest in business, financial-market dynamics and financial products.
  • Strong empathy, client-servicing mindset.
  • A thought leader, excellent communicator and client-focused professional.
  • Rigorous, organised and solution oriented.
  • Between six months' and two years' experience after graduation working for an international company or in a multicultural environment.
  • An enquiring mind with an ability to innovate, as well as being a strong team player.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of commonly used MS Office tools and VBA.
  • Extensive involvement in extracurricular activities and contributing to specific projects (academic, humanitarian, etc) would be a definite plus.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Must be resident in Switzerland.
