Our client is a fast-paced innovative company, already operating in 10+ countries. In a double-digit growth context, time has come to enhance the structure and we now recruit a PMO - Finance & Operations Performance Manager.

Job description

This job is newly created and therefore, the selected candidate will have the opportunity to shape his/her role in the organization. Key responsibilities will include: - Inception of the PMO in the company, reporting to the Exec Committee. Lead, define and develop continuous improvement programs using the appropriate methodologies,- Engage with functional leaders across the company, identifying opportunities for improvements while meeting company strategic objectives. This will require a deep understanding and some negotiation skills to create the best environment,- Once identified and agreed, optimise effective implementation of programs and projects across the company, with a specific focus on Finance processes for the first period,- Perform on-going review and monitor program implementation,- Provide leadership and guidance to stakeholders to enable them to strengthen their function in a fast-changing environment,- Provide remediation advice to ensure a smooth and consistent delivery,- Manage post implementation reviews and take corrective actions when needed,- Provide strong leadership and guidance to all stakeholders, including top managers.

Profile description

- University degree,- Project Management qualification a strong asset,- Professional experience must include at least 5 years of Project Management with a focus on core Finance processes (accounting, planning & reporting). Experience in Business Finance is also a must for the position,- Driven individual, capacity to influence and to challenge status-quo, experience in driving change in a mid-sized organization, hands-on approach,- Fluent in English, additional language would be a plus.
