GROUP HEAD OF PEOPLE ANALYTICS

Richemont is looking for an experienced leader and a strong & skilled collaborator who is enthusiastic about contributing to the transformation of our HR function. You will support our evolving global people & organization strategy and accelerate our ability to unlock the power of data and analytics to reveal people insights that improve business results and our colleagues experience working for Richemont. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming HR into a data informed function & improving the management of our most important asset, OUR people.

Reporting to the Group HR Organization & Operations Director, you will drive the vision and strategy to realize actionable insights from data that uncover opportunities and inform critical business decisions impacting short and long-term strategies. You will lead and develop a small team who are passionate about leveraging their expertise to find insights that add business value and drive better people experience outcomes, while making data easier to access and consume.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

As our Group Head of People Analytics, you will contribute to crafting our future by setting the vision and being accountable for the impact of the people analytics team. You will position the team as a strategic partner providing data-informed insights to guide our business and people strategy. You will

  • Evolve our people data and analytics strategy & governance and ensure roadmap execution.
  • Provide thought leadership and direction for people analytics covering the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing to retention, development, organizational health, and culture.
  • Analyse the effectiveness of our workforce strategies (e.g., talent, /development, compensation, D,E & I, performance, etc.), in partnership with our HR leadership community, and communicate and influence leaders on findings and recommendations.
  • Lead the implementation of our future people analytics tool to scale analytics and democratize data and insights across the organization and provide guidance and training on the use and interpretation of data insights.
  • Contribute to the global roll-out of our future HR Digital ecosystem ensuring that people analytics data needs are addressed in the global and local design of our future digital tools.
  • Investigate people predictive analytics use cases and work closely with the Group Data and Analytics Team for their realisation.
  • Ensure global HR Master Data and Reporting requests are delivered by the team.
  • Guide, coach and develop a high performing team over time. For now, you will be doing lots of hands-on, detailed work to develop strategies and get our data working for us.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE WITH US?

You will be successful on our journey if you have educations in Stats, Math, Comp Sci, Engineering, Economics, Psychology, Quantitative Social Science, or equivalent and a sounded experience of 10 years within the people data analysis field or discipline, paired with strong interest in behavioural science and a demonstrated people management experience.

In addition, you will need to bring those key skills:

  • Strategic orientation and superior analytical skills with mastery of business intelligence or related discipline, along with critical thinking skills and the ability to draw key insights and develop clear recommendations in a simplified and understandable way to non-experts.
  • Proven experience thinking systematically and designing for long-term scale.
  • Attention to detail is a must and experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments with the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate good judgment and discretion in dealing with highly sensitive data.
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills and ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and to pursue pragmatic solutions.
  • Excellent people management skills and ability to rapidly gain/build trust and confidence with team members and stakeholders with strong self-awareness, interpersonal skills.
  • Proven cross cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent executive presentation skills with the ability to distil and present actionable information from complex research.
  • Strong knowledge of current market practices and trends in people data analytics with a strong business acumen & knowledge of HR topics or consumer and behaviours data.
  • Self-awareness and humility to continuously learn and grow.
  • Fluent in English and ideally also in French.
