Our client is active in the cosmetics industry as both a manufacturer and subcontractor.

Description du poste

- acts as a link between the Sales Account Manager, Customer Services and the Sales Account Manager.

- Be the point of reference for all departments working in close contact with the sales account (R&D, Business Development, purchasing, planning, stock, production).

- take responsibility for all aspects of the project through to its complete definition.

- coordinate relations with customers and guarantee their satisfaction during project development and production.

- Responsible for managing the customer service team and project manager team.

Description du profil

- Experience in B2B client project management focused on product development.

- Experience in team management of project managers and/or customer service.

- Completely fluent in French and English, German and Italian a plus.

- Excellent management and leadership skills required.

- Experience in cosmetics is a definite advantage.
