- Supporting TA Leads and TA Partners in identifying and engaging with potential candidates directly, offering feedback to candidates, assisting with negotiation as needed, and facilitating the initiation of contracts-all while promoting and enhancing the positive image of the company as an employer.
- Collaborating with TA Leads and Partners to comprehend job requirements thoroughly, enabling the sourcing of suitable candidates from various job boards and databases.
- Serving as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring they have a positive experience leading up to their first day on the job.
- Cultivating strong relationships within the broader TA team and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Assuming responsibility for assisting TA Partners in successfully filling designated job vacancies, under the guidance of TA Leads.
- Working in tandem with other members of the Talent Acquisition and People team to ensure the delivery of high-quality recruits from a diverse candidate pool.
- Establishing and maintaining Talent Pipelines, tasked with meeting recruitment needs by creating a robust, diverse talent pool of potential candidates.
- Collaborating closely with the team to enhance talent acquisition efforts by identifying and sharing key talent within the organization.
- Posting job vacancies on various candidate attraction tools and job boards.
- Striving to achieve high levels of satisfaction among customers, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with corporate and legal requirements as an integral part of the role, and actively promoting the principles of Talent Resourcing.

- Higher education educated
- Experience recruiting at high volume within the IT sector
- Able to work in a matrix organisation, prioritising, and effectively communicating with key stakeholders
- Networking and relationship management

- Recruitment technology - ATS expertise, varied search and sourcing methods, LinkedIn, talent pooling and market mapping
- Demonstrate transferable recruitment and sourcing skills into other business sectors
