For our client, a multinational biotechnology company in Solothurn, we are currently looking for a motivated Training Coordinator for the Manufacturing Department.
The assignment will be temporary for the next 6 months, to start as soon as possible. Depending on the performance and motivation, the possibility of an extension or permanent takeover is given.

The Manufacturing Training Coordinator (m/f/d) will be responsible for the following task area:
- Maintain, update, and assess Learning Plans and contents for Employees within the Manufacturing Department.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all training-related inquiries, providing guidance and support.
- Act as subject matter expert (SME) on all training-related topics, staying informed about industry best practices and trends.
- Liaise with the PO&T Learning Team to ensure alignment and collaboration on training initiatives.
- Participate as a member of the Training Network, collaborating with other members to share knowledge and best practices.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities, ensuring logistical and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide regular updates and reports on training activities and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders.
Description du profil
In order to be considered for the role, the selected candidate must have:
- Technical education (apprenticeship or Bachelor`s degree) in work related field
- 3-5 years of experience in the GMP environment
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with MS Teams and other relevant software applications
