Forge deep, trusted relationships with key decision-makers in the business realm by proactively grasping their business initiatives, needs, strategic growth targets, industry nuances, and furnishing outcome-oriented solutions grounded in Dynamics 365.

* Conduct thorough analysis, development, maintenance, and documentation of comprehensive business requirements stemming from collaborative planning and exploration sessions, addressing the customer's strategic focuses for CRM and Digital Transformation.

* Uncover, evaluate, and scrutinize strategic aims, transforming them into opportunities for digital transformation through the utilization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) and other pertinent Microsoft platforms (F&O, SharePoint, Office 365, Teams).

* Demonstrate adeptness and specialization by managing a development pipeline with precision, ensuring its currency and accuracy, employing Agile Methodology.

* Translate user requisites into requisite configurations and customizations within CRM utilizing standard Dynamics CE configuration tools.

* Assume ownership, development, and coordination with partners as needed to deliver requisite projects and releases tailored to diverse markets. Execute deployments and ensure sustainability aligning with planned releases throughout the year.

* Spearhead release deployments and oversee training programs.

Increase effectiveness by being responsible for the effective use of CRM within the business through weekly meetings with designated markets and CRM champions.

* Act as a key participant in governance aspects such as end-user guidance on leveraging CRM, permissions management, and change management practices.

* Support and leverage all CRM modules: Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service.

Description du profil



* CE / CRM Dynamics 365 Business solutions expert, specifically CRM Suites including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Field Service how they translate into business impact.

* Experience building and developing CRM solutions in one or more industries like Professional & Field Services/ Retail and Consumer Goods/Healthcare /Media & Communications.

* Highly creative and innovative while remaining organized and committed to deliver critical and prioritized business objectives.

* Demonstrated passion, successful project deployments and change management results.

* Understand the security, regulatory and compliance needs of global customers.

* Working knowledge of Microsoft's commercial cloud offerings - including Microsoft Sharepoint, PowerBI, Office 365, Teams, Microsoft Azure, F&O (ERP).

* +4 years of experience in customizations and development of Microsoft Dynamics (Certified) - CE/CRM including:

  • CE Customizations and Configurations
  • Managing Dynamics solutions
  • Entity and Power Apps configurations
  • Reporting (Forms, Views, Charts, Dashboards)
  • Security Models (Business Units and Teams)
  • Debugging
  • Custom flows, workflows, and business rules assemblies
  • Experience with APIs and Interfaces
  • Experience with CRM and ERP integration is desirable
  • Proven experience as Business and Technical Analyst
  • Good communications and organizational skills
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (compulsory)
  • Good level of French or German is desirable
