In their expansion efforts, they are currently in search of an Accounting and Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Nyon. Description du poste

- Manage daily office operations, including incoming and outgoing communication flows.

- Support the Deputy Executive Director in office administration and day-to-day affairs.

- Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, and invoicing tasks.

- Coordinate office supply management and corporate events.

- Assist in the coordination of sports events and general assemblies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and external parties, including auditors and financial advisors.

- Ensure compliance with the association's regulations and internal policies.

- Coordinate the annual association's congress.

Description du profil

- 2-5 years of relevant experience, specifically in accouting

- Proficiency in English; French proficiency desired.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work autonomously and in a small team environment.

- Experience in accounting and office administration.

- Fluency in English and French.
