Our client, an international FMCG company in the Zug are, is looking for Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to start immediately in a temporary assignment until end of 2024.
Depending on the selected candidate's performance and motivation, the possibility of an extension or a permanent take over is given.
Description du poste
As part of the Customer Service team, you are an important interface between customers, field sales and other internal departments. You will be responsible for the successful completion of order management and help to ensure that customers have an outstanding experience.
This includes the following tasks:
- Processing the order management from A-Z
- Close collaboration with internal (e.g. production planning) and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth communication between all the parties
- Preparation of delivery documents
- Support in after sales, incl. claims and returns handling
- Conscientious recording and maintenance of customer master data and updating of sales information in the CRM system
Description du profil
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- General technical affinity
- Fluent German and English skills
- Very good user knowledge with MS-Office and experience with an CRM system
- Communicative and motivated personality
- Reliable and independent way of working
