Job description

Management and leadership of the Customer Service Team:

- People management, training, coaching, performance development, team members based on several locations in the world,

- Management of the customer service platforms: tech support, customer relations, user community, customer training, customer satisfaction,

- Ensure response time and SLAs,

- Manage projects linked to the improvement of the department,

- Maintain tight synergies with other departments, such as finance, marketing, sales, engineering.

Profile description

- 5-10 years of experience in a similar position,

- Strong experience in Customer Service in an international BtoB company,

- Proficiency in English,

- Highly computer intelligent,

- Outstanding leadership skills,

- Able, and loving, to work in a fast-growing environment.

Salary and benefits

Salary: from 110 000 CHF to 130 000 CHF gross/year
