Description du poste
We are recruiting for one of our clients -a leading services company near Lausanne -an AP Accounting Expert to strengthen their finance team.
You will work closely with the Chief Accountant and take ownership of the entire Accounts Payable process. Temporary role.
Your responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable: receipt, verification and posting of invoices; review of services delivered; purchase order management; preparation and execution of payments; monitoring of deadlines and discrepancy resolution; daily interaction with suppliers; administrative management of contracts (leasing, vehicles, services, etc.).
• Analysis & reliability: consistency checks on invoices, monitoring of commitments, updating of expense tracking reports, and contribution to the improvement of AP processes.
• Cross-functional support: occasional participation in customer reminders, cash-flow monitoring and bank reconciliations.
• General accounting: contribution to bookkeeping and balance sheet preparation.
Your profile:
• Degree in Accounting.
• At least 3/5 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting tools and ERP systems like SAP.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and autonomy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical mindset.
• Professional English required (C1 level).
