A dynamic association working to propel the sport industry internationally is seeking an Accountant with also responsibilities related to administration and events coordination to join their growing team in Nyon. This role provides an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-paced organization with a collaborative and multicultural environment.

Description du poste

  • Handle the day-to-day flow of communication within the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Provide administrative support to the Deputy Executive Director, assisting with their daily tasks and office management.
  • Oversee the financial processes of the association, including accounting, bookkeeping, and invoicing.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate the logistics of corporate events.
  • Assist in organizing sporting events and member assemblies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external contacts, such as auditors and financial advisors.
  • Ensure adherence to the association's regulations and internal policies.
  • Coordinate the annual association congress, ensuring all aspects run efficiently.



Description du profil

  • A minimum of 2/3 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with French fluency being a plus.
  • Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
  • Experience in both accounting and administrative tasks.
