We are recruiting, on behalf of a player in the financial sector based in Geneva, a Part-Time Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant Mandarin speaker (with potential for evolution).


This role is intended for someone rigorous, proactive, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of confidentiality.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars and travel arrangements (including international trips, transfers, bookings, and visas)
  • Reviewing and formatting professional documents
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings and events
  • Acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders in (French) English, and Mandarin
  • Handling general administrative follow-up and confidential document filing
  • Providing occasional support on internal projects


Profile sought:

  • University Master's degree or equivalent education, ideally obtained in Geneva
  • Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role (a strong asset)
  • Full fluency in English, and Mandarin, (French is a plus) both spoken and written
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, autonomy, and discretion
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
