Our client is an innovative international company investing heavily in Artificial Intelligence to accelerate digital transformation across its business. As part of a growing AI team, they are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design and deliver intelligent solutions that improve operational efficiency and support business users across multiple functions.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide AI initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment.

• Design, develop and deploy AI agents and intelligent workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions from concept through production.
• Build reusable AI components, prompts and automation capabilities to support multiple use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and data sources through APIs and connectors.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve reliability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and deliver practical solutions.
• Define testing methodologies and evaluate AI solution performance before deployment.
• Support user adoption through documentation, demonstrations and knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to AI best practices, governance standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for further automation and optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Proven experience developing AI applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience building AI agents, copilots or intelligent automation solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering and LLM optimization techniques.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Good programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (version control, testing, maintainable code).
• Experience designing scalable and reusable AI architectures is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in regulated or quality-driven environments is considered a strong asset.
• Fluent English required.
