Our client is an international organisation.

Description du poste

* Check and assess all incoming documents thoroughly.

* Keep a structured and updated document management system for easy monitoring and reporting purposes.

* Make certain that by the end of 2024, all the organisation meet ER6 standards.

* Evaluate and offer direction for document revisions,

* Guarantee that training inquiries from CCMs are handled in less than 90 days

  • Provide compliance reports

Description du profil

* Possession of a university degree in areas in public/business administration, or a related field, or comparable professional training or job experience.

* Prior work in culturally diverse settings, preferably in the international development or humanitarian sectors, with a history of liaising with a variety of diverse groups.

* Background in Ethics or Compliance, focusing on managing conflicts of interest or enforcing and adopting a Code of Conduct.

* Strong communication abilities, with a knack for clear, succinct, effective, and tactful communication.

* Capable of discussing ethical topics sensitively with a broad range of parties (both internal and external).

* Proficient in presentations, excelling in organizational abilities, database management, and meticulous attention to details.

* A minimum of 3-4 years of work experience in culturally diverse settings.

* Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, while proficiency in additional languages, like Spanish, is advantageous.
