Retail Manager H/FLHH

As part of a strong growth dynamic, we are looking for a Retail Manager to strengthen the operational team of an international house active in the Travel Retail industry. This role involves field operations, commercial performance monitoring, training, and retail excellence across multiple countries.

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Retail Director, you will be in charge of driving sell-out performance in various European and international markets. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring successful implementation of retail strategy at store level (sell-out, visibility, training)
• Monitoring and analyzing retail KPIs across all markets
• Acting as the key liaison between field teams, commercial teams, and local partners
• Training and coaching front-line retail staff to deliver brand excellence
• Identifying growth opportunities and tailoring action plans to specific markets
• Ensuring regular store visits and field presence (around 40-50% travel)

Your Profile

• Proven experience in an international retail role, ideally in Travel Retail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and results-driven
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
• Available immediately or on short notice
