Assistant Relationship Manager - Private Banking

An established international private bank is looking to hire an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join its Private Banking team in Geneva.

This role offers the opportunity to support Relationship Managers in the day‑to‑day servicing of HNW and UHNW clients within a sophisticated and international environment, with strong exposure to client activities, operations and investment support.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management Support

• Assist Relationship Managers in servicing a portfolio of private banking clients
• Coordinate client instructions, transfers and securities transactions
• Prepare client meetings, reports and follow‑up actions
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client documentation and files

Operations & Compliance

• Support account opening and onboarding processes
• Prepare and maintain KYC/AML documentation in line with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with internal teams including Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations
• Ensure high standards of operational control and documentation quality

Investment & Execution Support

• Assist with order placement and follow‑up across asset classes
• Coordinate with trading desks and internal stakeholders
• Support investment‑related client requests and reporting

Profile

• 5-10 years' experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager or Private Banking Assistant within a Swiss private bank
• Strong understanding of private banking operations, KYC and client servicing standards
• Exposure to investment products and execution processes
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and service‑driven
• Adaptable, reliable and professional

Languages:

Fluent French and English required; additional languages are an asset
