For one of our clients, an international company based in Geneva, we are looking for an International Project Manager - Technical Solutions to join their engineering department:

Your Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze the needs of installers and European subsidiaries.
• Define product briefs and improve the portfolio by integrating trends, sustainability, and standards.
• Manage tenders with sourcing teams and suppliers (Europe & Asia).
• Apply Design to Cost / Design to Value principles.
• Provide technical support to subsidiaries and resolve quality issues.
• Travel frequently within Europe and occasionally to China for development and supplier follow-up.

Your Profile:

• Degree in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical product development in the lighting sector.
• Knowledge of lighting standards and control systems (DALI-2, wireless).
• Experience with China and sourcing processes.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and focus on quality and performance.
