Our client, a Swiss bank, is looking for a:
HRBP
The HRBP acts as a strategic advisor to a defined group within the organization, delivering comprehensive HR support throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle.
This includes talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, performance development, HR operations, and absence tracking-ensuring alignment with the organization's goals, internal policies, and external compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from defining roles and posting vacancies to sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing documentation.
-Conduct background checks and prepare employment offers and contracts.
-Facilitate onboarding, including orientation sessions and integration into company policies and culture.
-Serve as the main HR contact for employees, offering guidance on HR policies and procedures.
-Maintain and update employee records, ensuring timely internal communication of changes.
-Manage leave and attendance data within the HR information system.
-Monitor working hours and ensure compliance with internal standards.
-Collaborate with managers to keep job descriptions current and accurate.
-Support the performance review process by advising and assisting managers.
-Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final documentation, and settlements.
-Contribute to HR initiatives and maintain the HR section of the internal intranet.
Your Profile
-Proven experience in a senior HRBP role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector (in Switzerland).
-Strong knowledge of international HR practices and regulatory frameworks.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
-Strong organizational and analytical thinking abilities.
-Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
