Our client is a global company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage tax efficiency and risk across a diverse portfolio of international locations.
• Support group restructuring, liquidations, and refinancing to maintain optimal tax structures.
• Advise on tax implications of mergers and acquisitions, collaborating with business development and legal teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Oversee and manage tax audits in relevant jurisdictions.
• Monitor and manage local operational tax risks.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transactions, including financing arrangements.
• Ensure the group maintains appropriate substance in relevant locations.
• Manage a portfolio of countries with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Profile:

• Advanced qualification in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or Law with a strong tax background.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience, ideally including time in both professional services (e.g., Big 4) and in-house roles.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality work accurately and on time.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to present clear tax conclusions to senior stakeholders.
• A collaborative team player willing to support routine compliance tasks to ensure robust tax governance.
• High level of responsibility, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, motivated approach.
