Curriculum Development Assistance: Collaborate with the Training Team to develop and refine curriculum for various stakeholders, ensuring it meets the diverse needs of surgeons, nurses, technicians, company employees, and other relevant partiesE-Learning Module Creation: In collaboration with the Training Curriculum Manager, Design and develop an e-learning module specifically focused on group facilitation for Training Specialists, incorporating modern educational technologies and methodologiesCoaching and Practical Training: Provide hands-on coaching to Training Specialists, emphasising the practical aspects of group facilitation, as outlined in the e-learning moduleLearning Objectives and Modalities: Assist the Training Curriculum Manager in defining clear and optimal objectives for each learning module. Advise on the most effective teaching and evaluation modalities to enhance learning outcomes.
Pedagogical Consistency: Ensure that all curriculum materials maintain a high level of pedagogical consistency and quality, aligning with the latest educational standards and best practices

Advanced degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, with a focus on adult learning and pedagogyProven experience in curriculum development and e-learning module creation

Strong coaching skills with the ability to guide and mentor adults in a learning environment

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work flexibly and responsively based on the needs of the training team

Solid redactional skills in English. Other European languages a plus
