Our client is an international multi-family office located in Zurich with several offices around the world. They offer the usual Family Office services such as Wealth Management and Investment Services, as well as Private Equity offerings.

• Managing an existing client portfolio comprising assets from clients in different regions.
• Enhancing investment services and offerings with the primary aim of achieving complete client satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evaluating clients' needs and potential by assessing their risk profiles and aligning financial advice with the corresponding investment strategies.
• Managing and supervising client transaction requests to ensure that portfolio allocation matches their risk profiles.
• Providing customized solutions and services through a comprehensive advisory approach for our affluent clients.
• Offering support to families in managing intricate holding structures and implementing suitable family governance practices.
• Maintaining a reputation as an adaptable and results-driven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional.
• Possessing specialized knowledge and product expertise in crafting solutions for clients in wealth creation, management, and wealth transfer.

• At least 5 years of proven Relationship Manager experience in managing a client portfolio in Private Banking
• Strong client service skills with expertise in various asset classes and financial instruments
• Proficiency in identifying client needs and offering quality financial advice, while keeping clients informed about market developments and their portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
• Driven and motivated to excel in a target-oriented, high-performance work environment.
• Fluent in English and either Spanish or Italian
