- Assistance to B2B and B2C clients for order placement and provision of comprehensive information

- Efficient management of orders, transactions, and tracking of shipments and deliveries

- Proactive response to customer inquiries about products through various communication channels

- Prompt resolution of customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction

- Analysis of customer feedback, interdepartmental collaboration, and generation of reports to improve customer service

- Fluent in both Swiss German and French languages

- Proficient in handling B2B and B2C client interactions and order management tasks

- Excellent customer orientation and problem solving

- Strong communication skills across various channels

- Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently

- Detail-oriented with the capability to maintain accurate records and provide comprehensive assistance
