Responsibilities:

As a Director you are responsible for representing our client. You support and manage interactions involving senior stakeholders, you ensure strict adherence to protocol and standards. You are a key communication bridge between our client and his partner, you support official visits, institutional exchanges and high level delegations. You manage stakeholder relations with different organization, you contribue to operational frameworks (accreditation systems, delegation services or event logistics). You lead complex multi stakeholder projects (international environments), you coordinate activities accros multiple locations, institutions and ensure alignment between operational execution and strategic objectives.

Profile :

• Master in International relations
• Direct professional experience within a major institution, event structure
• Hands-on involvement in delegation services, accreditation systems or coordination of international delegations
• Experience in management (international environment)
• Flexibility to travel
• Native in Chinese (Mandarin), English fluent, good level in French
