On behalf of a growing and dynamic company, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide high‑level, trusted support to a senior executive and selected members of the leadership team.
This is a newly created position offering strong exposure to executive decision‑makers in a fast‑evolving environment. The role goes beyond classic calendar and travel management and will suit a proactive, business‑minded assistant who values discretion, autonomy, and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide professional, reliable, and discreet executive support to senior leadership
-Manage complex calendars, meetings, and executive priorities
-Organize meetings, events, and appointments across multiple sites
-Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics
-Act as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
-Prepare, format, and consolidate presentations, reports, and briefing materials
-Handle correspondence, information flow, and follow‑up actions
-Maintain structured documentation and filing systems
-Support administrative coordination for the leadership team
-Demonstrate flexibility and availability in line with executive needs
-Show openness and potential to grow into broader business, project, or cross‑functional topics over time
Candidate Profile
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives
-Comfortable working closely with top management in a demanding environment
-Strong organizational skills with an excellent sense of priorities
-High level of discretion, autonomy, and professional judgment
-Calm, reliable, and structured personality
-Service‑oriented mindset with appropriate positioning toward all stakeholders
-Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Languages
French: fluent (working language with senior management)
German: professional level required (collaboration with German‑speaking stakeholders)
English: professional working level
Based anywhere in Switzerland, with on‑site presence required:
-1 day per week in Bulle
-1 day per week in Fribourg
Flexible remote working model for the remaining days
