We are currently seeking a Global HR Business Partner for a permanent position based in Geneva, with an immediate start.
This strategic role covers a scope of over 20,000 employees across 170 entities worldwide.
The Global HRBP will work closely with the Global HR Manager to build strong relationships with local HR teams, support the rollout of global initiatives, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR processes across key areas such as talent management, performance, training, and compensation.
Key Responsibilities
-Business Partnering
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across HQ and local entities
Act as a key liaison between HQ and local HR teams, supporting communication and implementation of global HR initiatives
Provide guidance on HR-related matters and requests
-Project Management
Lead and support global HR projects and process improvements
Contribute to the design and deployment of HR tools and frameworks
-Data & Reporting
Ensure accurate monthly HR data collection and reporting
Produce HR analytics and ad hoc reports to support strategic decision-making
-Compliance & Sustainability
Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws and human rights standards
Advise on social law topics and contribute to policy development
-Administrative Support
Monitor organizational structures and HRIS implementation across entities
Support onboarding of new entities and communicate major changes
-Recruitment
Manage recruitment processes for key local roles (e.g., GM, CFO, HR)
Conduct job postings, screenings, and first-round interviews
-Compensation & Benefits
Support the global annual salary review process
Advise on local remuneration systems to ensure competitiveness and retention
Communication & People Development
Develop and deliver training for local HR teams
Organize regular communications for MDs and HRs
Oversee onboarding of new local HR professionals
-Performance & Talent Management
Monitor performance evaluation systems and succession planning
Train and advise local HRs on performance processes
HR Systems
Support the implementation and adoption of global HR systems
Your Profile
-Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, including 3+ years in a regional or global HR role
-University degree in Law, then experience in HR is mandatory
-Experience in multi-site and multi-activity environments is a plus
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
-In-depth knowledge of HR principles, employment legislation, and data reporting
-Service-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven approach
-Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus
