We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support an employee population in production with a strong focus on Germany.

6-Month Temporary Contract

This remote role requires deep expertise in German labor law and offers the opportunity to collaborate with global HR Centers of Excellence and HRBPs to drive strategic HR initiatives across manufacturing plants and service centers.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Lead talent management, performance coaching, and employee relations.

Support organizational design and change management efforts.

Oversee compensation planning and workforce strategy.

Ensure compliance with German labor regulations, works councils, and employment law.

Promote diversity, inclusion, and a high-performance culture.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including strategic HRBP roles.

Proven expertise in German labor law and European HR compliance.

Fluency in German and English; French is a plus.

Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments preferred.

Strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

This is a 6-month temporary assignment, with potential for extension based on business needs.
