For our client, a globally renowned brand in the consumer goods industry, we are currently recruiting a senior HRBP.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives, challenges, and talent needs, providing HR advice, solutions and day-to-day support aligned with business goals and HR strategy
  • Professionally handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Support employee engagement initiatives incl. surveys, workshops, events, etc. to foster a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Identify development needs and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance strategic skills and capabilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Anticipate and address organizational issues and challenge
  • Work in strong collaboration with managers related to organizational effectiveness and development, change management, team development and communication strategies
  • Support & actively participate in the business transformation of our client
  • Drive, improve and support the performance calibration process
  • Manage the compensation processes in partnership with managers
  • Analyze results to identify areas for improvement, facilitate debriefing sessions and workshops
  • Ensure the definition of appropriate actions plans and monitor & follow up on implementation
  • Utilize talent analytics to identify skill gaps, succession planning opportunities, and areas for development
  • Provide insights on employee engagement, turnover, and retention to inform retention strategies and improve employee experience

Description du profil

  • Successfully completed University Degree and HR Diploma
  • More than 10 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on Business Partnering
  • Previous experience in the retail/consumer goods industry
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to operate in an international and changing environment
  • Passion for People and a technical affinity
  • Well organized, proactive, and efficient personality as well as trustworthy, reliable, flexible
  • Good team player and relationship builder
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
