Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze management accounts and reporting processes regularly
• Perform cash flow analysis to support organizational financial health assessments
• Prepare the presentation for the top management of the company
• Support budget preparation and forecasting activities for the Group
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and SAP system development initiatives

• Minimum 5 years experience as a financial analyst or management controller role
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel is crucial for effective data analysis
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles to support reporting accuracy
• Proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Russian
