Responsibilities
The aim of the role is actingas a real Finance Business Partner of the Plant manager being a foundation for thebusiness' decision-making process. You are expected to ensure accuracy of financial statements in line with local accounting standards and to oversee all financial planning and analysis and forecasting performances.
- Collaboratingwith managers to develop budgets for the business, and monitoring actualperformance versus budget and report variances to management
- Standardcosting
- Performingaccurate and timely period closing process
- Processinvoicing, payments and payroll activities
- Workingclosely with departments across the organization, as well as external partiessuch as vendors, consultants, customers, auditors
- Developingfinancial models and cash flow projections
- Analyzingfinancial results each month to prepare monthly reports for the managementteam, Business unit Board and Group Board as well year-end financialstatements
- Drivingstandardization and digitalization within factory accounting, reconciliation,master data management, reporting to management
Profile
- Educationin financial and/or economics field
- Financeand/or accounting background
- Knowledgeof Swiss GAAP and IFRS principles
- Fluentin Italian and English is a must
- Germanas an advantage
- Highlevel IT skills (excel, SAP)
- Ableto communicate to all levels
- Openminded person with a continuous Improvement mindset
- ProjectManagement skills
- Positive,trustworthy and not afraid to take responsibility
- Willingto learn and develop yourself on the job
