We are mandated to recruit a Client Service Associate for a international structure for the Geneva office. The role combines front-desk reception, administrative support, and client services. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, deliver an excellent client experience, and support compliance requirements.Gradually take ownership of a small portfolio, with the opportunity to expand responsibilities towards advisory support.


  • Welcome and assist members, visitors, and partners (in person & by phone).
  • Manage correspondence, emails, and office supplies.
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive documentation and cards.
  • Support payroll exception processing and reconciliations.
  • Contribute to reports, databases, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Uphold compliance with internal procedures and regulations.
  • Provide occasional support with client interactions and assist with client's requests


Minimum 2 years' experience in administration or customer service.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Fluent in French & English (written and spoken).

Proficiency with MS Office.

Service-oriented, professional, and collaborative mindset.
