Your role

As part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide high-quality nursing care within an international environment dedicated to the wellbeing, health, and safety of young people.

Responsabilités

• Deliver professional nursing care to students, staff, and visitors
• Assess and manage acute illnesses, injuries, and ongoing health conditions
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments safely
• Provide first aid and emergency care when required
• Monitor patients' health status and identify situations requiring escalation
• Coordinate care with physicians and external healthcare professionals
• Promote health, wellbeing, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Contribute to safeguarding, welfare, and student protection procedures
• Participate in day, evening, night, weekend, and on-call shifts when required

Profil

✅ Registered Nurse with Swiss-recognised nursing qualification or Swiss Red Cross equivalency

✅ Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level)

✅ Previous experience with children, adolescents, school health, paediatrics, community nursing, or emergency care

✅ Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

✅ Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

✅ Calm and professional approach in emergency situations

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and teamwork
