Responsibilities

Mission: tolead the Industrial Engineering department and drive industrialization,optimization and continuous improvement of manufacturing and assemblyprocesses.

In particular:

• Leadand develop the Industrial Engineering team, ensuring effective allocation ofresources, skills and priorities
• Managethe industrialization of new and existing products, from process design andvalidation to production ramp-up
• Designand optimize manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring efficiency,quality, cost effectiveness, safety and sustainability
• Overseethe specification, procurement, installation and qualification of productionequipment, tooling and measurement systems.
• Drivecontinuous improvement initiatives in cooperation with Production, Quality andR&D, focusing on process optimization, cost and waste reduction
• Supportproduction line relocation, modernization and investment projects
• Managedepartmental CAPEX/OPEX budgets and contribute to supplier and investmentevaluations
• Manageprocess-related non-conformities and engineering changes in collaboration withQuality and R&D
• Monitordepartmental KPIs and ensure alignment with corporate standards, culture andobjectives
• Promoteinnovation, collaboration, accountability and continuous development within theteam

Profile

• MScin Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical education
• Strongexperience in manufacturing and assembly technologies, industrialization,process design and optimization, continuous improvement and project management
• Minimum5 years of leadership experience within a technical or industrial environment,preferably in a structured international company
• Provenpeople management skills and hands-on experience in industrial processdevelopment and optimization
• Experiencein mechanics, mechatronics, robotics or miniature electro-mechanical devices ishighly valued
• Strongleadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills, combined with apragmatic and results-oriented approach
• Abilityto operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced and international environment
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills
• Englishand Italian fluent
• Germanis an advantage
