Our client is a Nonprofit foundation based in Geneva.

• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive resource mobilisation strategy to achieve financial targets.
• Identify, assess, and develop new funding streams, including grants, sponsorship, donations, and partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate fundraising activities to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively to articulate the organisation's mission and garner support.
• Build, lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.

• Fluent in English
• Master's degree in international relations, communications, public relations, business or a related subject.
• At least 10-15 years of experience in Resource Mobilisation/ Fundraising/ Donor Relations
• Extensive knowledge of Resource Mobilisation and project management
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
