For one of our clients, specialized in banking in Geneva, we are recruiting an IT Business Analyst who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit.

Responsibilities:

As an IT Business Analyst you work with the business and IT stakeholders (acquisition projects). You are in charge of Compliance with our client's architecture, procedures and standards. You analyse and formalise the business needs (security, settlements, asset servicing). Moreover, you define and design the solution along with SMEs and Service owners. You also submit for approval analysis and specifications for users.

Profile:

• Bachelor in IT or equivalent
• Experience in core banking
• Minimum 15 years experience in banking industry
• Experience in operational processes in Wealth Management
• Excellent knowledge in business requirements
• Excellent knowledge in development workload estimation
• Strong knowledge in IT delivery transformation
• French AND English fluent
