IT Buyer (M/W) - 100%LHH

For one of our clients, a private bank in Geneva, we are looking for an IT Buyer (M/W).

Your responsibilities:

• Support on supplier due diligence and selection, contract negotiations and purchase orders handling for IT
• Develop and implement strategies to secure competitive costs for IT and Security goods and services
• Negotiate contracts to ensure the best terms for the bank
• Manage diverse software and hardware maintenance renewals
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors
• Stay up to date on industry trends and new products
• Ensure all IT and Security procurement activities comply with the regulatory framework and ethical practices
• Support on the Procure to Pay process, approve purchase orders, and contribute to Contract Management operations
• Contribute to Procurement reporting activities

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree in Procurement
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Background in Procure to Pay processes/tools and contract terms
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
• Ability to handle high volumes in terms of contracts
