For one of our clients in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting an IT Operations & Security Engineer who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Are you looking for you next challenging position? This opportunity is for you!

In this role you will be in charge of the daily operations of client's systems and services, with a focus on ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure. In this role, you will also serve as cybersecurity coordinator within the team, contributing your expertise to safeguard and strengthen our IT environment.

Your tasks:

• Identify and mitigate risks affecting IT platforms availability & security

• Manage Firewalls (WAF service & appliances)

• Manage High-availability systems (Linux, Docker, Cloud, Web streaming)

• Vulnerability management & automated patch deployment

• Manage Incident and alarm related tickets

• Development and maintenance of automation scripts (IaaC)

• Contribute to the evolution of our Monitoring stack (Grafana / Prometheus)

• Ensure the best practices are used for Access management, Logging, Hardening

Your profile:

• Experience in a similar job

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux/Windows systems

• Knowledge of Cybersecurity fundamentals (IAM, hardening, vulnerability)

• Knowledge of automation and scripting principles

• You can communicate in both French and English
