Responsibilities:

As an IT Project Portfolio Office Lead your operationalize and maintain IT PMO (definition/enforcement of project methodologies). You, also oversee governance processes (ensure compliance, continuous alignment with needs, delivery of reliable information to support executive decision-making). Moreover, you own and manage the IT project portfolio ensuring that projects are planned, tracked and reported (resource and financial data are current and reliable). In addition, you ensure the accurate and timely tracking of projet and you ensure also high standards of data quality and reporting integrity across all portfolio management activities. Besides, you contribute to the analysis of project and portfolio performance against strategic objectives and support the execution of Key cross-functional or strategic initiatives.

Profile:

• Master in Computer Science or equivalent
• Certifications in PMP, Prince2
• Minimum 7- 10 years experience in IT project management
• Experience in strategy and in full project lifecycle
• Strong knowledges in project and financial management
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Project
• Excellent understanding of business processes/strategic execution
• Good knowledge in PMO and Steering Committee
• Excellent in English, good level in French
