Our clients in an International company that provides fiduciary, trust and advisory services. The company located in Zurich for 20 years and is known for their healthy working environment and therefore low staff turnover.

• Opening bank accounts
• Preparation of Payment instructions
• Preparation of minutes and resolutions
• Preparation of shares, transfers, deeds, agreements etc.
• Preparations of files
• Liaison with various company formation and registered agents and compliance officers

• Finished a commercial apprenticeship within the financial Services sector or a university degree
• Minimum two year's experience in a trust company or a Bank
• Ability to work very independently
• Bright, enthusiastic, and helpful personality
• Eager to learn
• Native level English (very good knowledge Spoken and written); every other language is a plus
