International company based in Geneva.

• Your role will involve structuring and managing various financing initiatives, including greenfield and brownfield projects, concession negotiations, M&A transactions, corporate finance, project finance, asset finance, and hedging.
• Your expertise will be crucial in M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, negotiating with private and public partners across multiple countries, and securing project and corporate financing in various locations worldwide.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements, including loan agreements, project contracts, joint venture agreements, concession agreements, and other related documents.Commercial bank debt, debt capital market transactions, multilateral financings, and equipment leasing. Currency and interest rate hedging.
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence to identify legal and financial risks
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends pertaining to project finance, infrastructure development, and public-private partnerships, ensuring compliance and proactively addressing legal issues.
• Ensure compliance with finance agreement terms and propose effective solutions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external shareholders, employing a tactful and diplomatic approach

• Master's Degree in Law.
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in finance-related legal positions, preferably within a law firm, bank, and/or corporate legal department.
• Expertise on project finance, infrastructure, and public-private partnerships, would be a valuable asset.
• Proven experience in negotiating and drafting financing agreements with commercial banks, institutional investors, and multilateral institutions.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Knowledge of French would be an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with joint venture partners and achieve consensus outcomes through a tactful and diplomatic style.
