Our client, an international organisation, is looking for a Compliance Associate (Junior)

The role provides exposure to a wide range of compliance activities, combining operational support with involvement in broader governance initiatives.

Working closely with senior compliance stakeholders, the successful candidate will play an active role in maintaining high standards of integrity across the organisation and supporting key compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

-Coordinate the collection, review, and follow-up of conflict of interest declarations, ensuring completeness and consistency of information

-Assist in conducting due diligence processes related to third parties, partnerships, and procurement activities

-Provide support in managing compliance-related inquiries, including participation in internal reviews and investigations when required

-Contribute to the monitoring and handling of reports received through internal reporting channels

-Support the development, review, and improvement of internal policies, procedures, and training materials

-Assist in the coordination of meetings, documentation, and administrative follow-up linked to compliance activities

-Participate in cross-functional projects related to ethics, risk, and compliance

Profile

-Master's degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related discipline

-a first experience in compliance is a nice to have

-Solid understanding of key compliance topics such as due diligence, conflict of interest management, and ethics frameworks

-Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information

-Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

-Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset

-Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders

-Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset
