A leading international organization Lausanne is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its legal team.

Main Responsibilities

-Assist in shaping and maintaining internal legal frameworks, including the development of standardized documentation and procedures.

-Provide legal guidance on a variety of operational matters, including partnerships, service agreements, and external collaborations.

-Review, draft, and negotiate contracts across different areas of the organization, ensuring alignment with internal policies and risk tolerance.

-Contribute to internal awareness and understanding of legal and regulatory obligations through training and advisory support.

-Participate in cross-functional initiatives requiring legal input, including procurement, compliance, and institutional governance.

-Support the legal team in managing day-to-day legal queries and ensuring consistent documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications & Experience

-Advanced degree in Swiss law (Bachelor or Master) is mandatory;

-5/8 years of relevant experience, ideally including in-house exposure; law firm experience also considered.

-Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and procurement processes is beneficial.

Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
