For one of our clients, a biotechnology company based near Lausanne, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator (M/F):

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform physical preparation of outgoing shipments, including small packages and pallets.
• Manage pick lists to support production operations.
• Oversee transfers between internal and external warehouses.
• Coordinate the reception of shipments and deliveries.
• Communicate with transport partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Receive, store, and organize products in the warehouse; monitor stock levels and ensure proper product flow.
• Complete ERP-related activities linked to logistics processes (e.g., opening and closing assembly orders).
• Conduct physical inventory counts.
• Enter and maintain stock information in the ERP system.
• Prepare shipments containing dangerous goods.
• Manage replenishment of logistics material stocks.
• Report KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Participate in optimizing supply chain processes.

Your Profile:

• CFC in logistics with minimum 3 years of experience
• Solid understanding of supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency or strong command of French and English.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods transport regulations is a strong advantage.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Process-oriented mindset with an interest in optimization.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑changing environment.
