For one of our clients, a pharmaceutical company based between Geneva and Lausanne, we are looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician (M/F).
This is a 6-month contract with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position mid-year.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment (packaging machines, HVAC systems, utilities, etc.).
- Diagnose breakdowns and propose effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability.
- Draft and update technical documentation (protocols, intervention reports).
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Train and support junior technicians.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, mechanics, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years in maintenance within a pharmaceutical or regulated industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of automated systems, electromechanics, and utilities (compressed air, steam, purified water).
- Familiarity with GMP standards and quality procedures.
- Ability to work in a team and manage priorities.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
